Plan your electrical inspection

Follow our practical tips and gather all the necessary documents to get your electrical inspection quickly and stress-free

Residential

Mandatory:

Provide us with access to the electricity meter. If you do not know its exact location, please locate it before our visit and ensure that it is accessible.
The signed single-line diagram of the electrical installation.
The signed position plan of the electrical installation elements.
The EAN code identifying the connection of the electrical installation, as indicated on your electricity bill. The EAN code consists of 18 digits.
Provide us with access to the building’s grounding system. If you do not know its exact location, please locate it before our visit.
Ensure access to the entire electrical installation (all rooms, electrical panels, etc.). If certain parts are not accessible, we will not be able to issue a compliant report.
Disconnect any sensitive devices (computer, telephone system, modem, boiler, etc.) that may not withstand the insulation test. We cannot be held responsible for damage to equipment resulting from the tests required under current regulations.

Non-residential

Mandatory:

Provide us with access to the electricity meter, the power supply source of the electrical installation (MV/LV transformer, generator set, etc.), and the entire electrical installation throughout the inspection.
The circuit diagrams.
The position plans.
The position plans of the grounding systems.
The documents relating to external influences.

If applicable:

The diagrams, plans, and documents mentioned above must be supplemented with:

Zoning plan
Zoning report
List of evacuation routes and difficult-to-evacuate areas
Plan of safety installations and/or critical installations
List of safety and/or critical installations
The owner of an underground electrical line must, at all times, be able to provide the plans of the underground lines or, failing that, provide the necessary information to locate them.

If necessary:

For proper understanding, correct installation, and safe operation, these diagrams, plans, and documents must be supplemented with:

Functional diagrams
Execution diagrams
General equipment layout plans

Residential
