Natural gas high-power inspection > 70 kW
Compliance inspection for collective boiler rooms, tertiary buildings and industrial installations. Intervention by specialised B2B inspectors.
Compliance inspection for collective boiler rooms, tertiary buildings and industrial installations. Intervention by specialised B2B inspectors.
Gas installations with a power greater than 70 kW are subject to standard NBN/DTD B 61-002:2021. This regulation concerns collective boiler rooms, tertiary buildings and industrial sites.
These inspections require inspectors specifically trained for complex installations, capable of intervening on advanced technical equipment: boiler cascades, modulating burners, automatic regulation systems.
ue.
The high-power gas inspection applies to many types of buildings as soon as the installed power exceeds 70 kW.
Residential buildings with collective boiler rooms. The property manager is responsible for compliance.
Tertiary spaces with central heating and domestic hot water systems.
Institutions receiving the public, with enhanced safety requirements.
Collective accommodation with high heating and hot water demands.
Administrations, sports centres, care homes subject to periodic inspections.
Industrial processes, ovens, dryers and gas-powered production facilities.

Answers to common questions from building managers.
What is the frequency of inspections for installations > 70 kW?
The frequency depends on the type of building and regional regulations. Generally, an inspection is required every 2 to 3 years for publicly accessible buildings, and after any significant modification to the installation.
How does a collective boiler room inspection proceed?
The inspector examines the entire boiler room: generators, burners, distribution network, ventilation, flue gas exhaust and safety devices. He also checks the technical documentation and maintenance register. The duration varies from 2 to 4 hours depending on complexity.
Who should be present during the inspection?
It is recommended that a person familiar with the installation be present: technical manager, trained caretaker or maintenance technician. This person can answer questions about the history and operation of the installation.
What happens in case of a serious non-compliance?
The inspector prepares a report with the anomalies found. For critical non-compliances with immediate danger, he may recommend shutting down the installation until rectification. A re-inspection at a reduced rate verifies the corrections.
Can you intervene on complex industrial sites?
Yes, our specialised inspectors work on all types of installations: industrial ovens, production processes, cogeneration, etc. We adapt our approach to production constraints and specific safety requirements of each site.
Do you offer contracts for recurring inspections?
Yes, we offer framework contracts for property managers (syndics, facility managers) with annual planning, preferential rates and a dedicated contact person. Contact our B2B department for a personalised proposal.
